Very nice place
Negative: The cleaning fee is too high for all the cleaning you are expected to do before leaving. Beds have to be made before checking out which makes me think they are not washed after each guest.

We had a great time and were very comfortable in the property. Would definitely stay here again.
Positive: Big, clean and modern. Porch was a plus with comfortable furnishings.
Negative: Parking and the alley

We went as a family getaway and the apartment was fantastic!
Positive: Clean, plenty of space and convenient location nears shops on Asbury and boardwalk
Negative: That you pay a high cleaning fee 225.00 for two nights, but then there is a list if things you are expected to clean
